ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSED ON FEB 15TH 2019. FOR SPOT ENTRIES.
SPOT ENTRY FEE = Rs. 300 per event.
 

ADVISORY AND INSTRUCTIONS:
To avoid confusion, please read below instructions carefully. Organizers will answer minimal phone calls on Saturday/Sunday.
1) Participants should report 10 mins before time of respective events. Please check below flow chart for time. You can wear any clothes; school dress preferred.
2) Participants should come and go along with their parents on their. Organizer are not responsible for students outside the hall.
3) We strive to maintain punctuality, however, this being a public program, there can be minor delay, if any.
4) Participants should leave hall immediately after their event is over. Students who have taken part in multiple events can stay back.
5) Bring your stationery items, like pencil, pens, etc. and tiffin box/water bottle if staying for 3+ hours. All competitions will be in English.
6) Organizers will not responsible for loss of any of your property, please take care of that.
7) Two-wheeler parking is at basement. 4 wheeler at backside of building. (Park at own risk and responsibility)
8) Girls' washroom is inside hall. Boys' washroom is downstairs at basement.
9) You are not allowed to eat inside the hall. Use balcony area for eating purpose.
10) Maintain silence and discipline inside the hall.
11) Certificates will be handed over when you leave the hall. One certificate to each participant even if participating in multiple events.

Flow of Event:

09:45 - Registration confirmation at registration counter for handwriting competition
10:00 - Handwriting sheets will be distributed. Half-an-hour time to copy down from given text. Result and prize distribution immediately after judge finalizes result (approx: 10:30 am)

10:30: Spelling bee attendance/written elimination round starts
11:00:Spell bee results
11:00: Quiz attendance/ quiz written elimination round starts
11:30 to 13:00: Spell bee + Quiz oral final (Prize distribution)

13:00 - Pick-n-Speak starts (participants will be asked to pick a chit and deliver a speech for 2 mins) - Prize distribution
14:00 - PPT Presentation starts. (Students are advised to email ppt by 8 pm (16th Feb 2019) to avoid technical glitches; manchalwar@gmail.com) - Prize distribution

15:00 - Elocution on "India is best", 2 min to each speaker. - Prize distribution

Prizes:
Trophies to first three in each event.
Participation certificates to all. Only one certificate will be given even if taken part in multiple competitions.
Prizes are only for those who will be adjudged as first three by the judges. Kindly don't expect prizes for all.

**Parents may be allowed to enter as audience for elocution/ppt and pick-n-speak contest as less number of students have registered. However, we don't promise seat.

Judgement:
Judgement will be fair. Judges' decision will be final and no explanation or arguments will be entertained.
Std. 4 to 9th students will be competing in events. Judges will judge performances considering the age/std of the participant.

Discount:
At AM Knowledge Academy, Chaos Theory, Nagpur, we teach general knowledge/public speaking every Sunday for 2 hours. We have two branches:
1. Chaos Theory - 10 am to 12 pm
2. Itwari (Central Avenue) - 1 pm to 3 pm

All participants who will take admission at class will get refund of entry fee + 10% discount on our annual fee of Rs. 8,000/-
